I don’t know where the event is being held in my city, what is the venue for my city’s event?
A
For the most current venue information, go to the Dates & Locations page and click “Information” for your city.
Q
What is the difference between Crew Seats and General Admission Seats?
A
Crew seats are offered to the first 30 people in each city that select them during check out. It guarantees you "front of the house" seating and you will also receive a crew t-shirt. General Admission seats are the remaining seats. There is no price difference for a Crew Seat. Crew Seats are only offered to those purchasing Full Experience Tickets.

May I change my ticket from one city to another?
A
Yes you may. Please call us at 877-318-1032 US Toll Free or 202-448-2895 and we’ll be happy to move your registration to another city. Please note that due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee that a crew seat will remain if moving to another city.

My company will cover the cost of the workshop if I can produce a certificate of completion, will this be available?
A
Most definitely! Upon completion of the event you will need to email Sarah, our Customer Relations Manager at info@mzed.com and request your certificate.

Can I bring a spouse or child to the event for free?
A
Everyone must have a ticket to enter.
Q
What do I bring to be admitted into the event?
A
Please bring a copy of your receipt that was emailed to you when you purchased your ticket online. If you misplaced that, don’t worry; we’ll have a list of all ticketholders with us onsite—we’ll just look you up.

What time should I arrive for the workshop?
A
Showing up early will give you a chance to meet and mingle with the sponsors and see what services and gear they have and how it can help your business. We chose our sponsors because we use their gear and services; we believe in them—they have added value to our business, and we think you’ll find the same thing applies to you.

Will I be seated if I arrive late?
A
Yes, but you’ll miss out on the most valuable information if you’re late…Monte used to say this great line whenever someone would enter the room belatedly…just as they arrived, he’d say: “And that’s the secret to how you can make 1 million dollars!”

Do I need to bring any gear ?
A
Bring a pen and a notebook, as there’s a wealth of valuable information you won't want to miss.

Are meals provided?
A
We will not have food available as part of the class. Each location will have restaurant facilities on site and nearby that you can purchase food from.

Can I bring food?
A
Please feel free to bring your lunch, and be courteous of others and respectful of the venue's policies when eating.

Will there be discounts on products available at the workshop?
A
Yes, there will be special pricing at the workshop only.

Do you have any other training materials?
A
The MZed store has over a dozen titles on photography and film education.

I forgot to put the discount code in when I registered and I already bought my ticket. How do I get the discount?
A
If you simply forgot to enter the code, please email us at info@mzed.com within 24 hours after purchasing the ticket and we will credit you the amount of the discount. ONLY discounts offered prior to or at the time of your purchase are applicable. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply a discount if it has been more than 24 hours since you made your order.

What if I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?
A
If cancellation takes place with more than 15 days till the event, the attendee will receive a refund minus a $25.00 reprocessing fee. If there is less than 15 days till the event, you will not qualify for a refund. You will still receive all the items included with the ticket however.

How do I receive my sponsor giveaways?
A
You will be contacted by the Vendors directly within four weeks of your tour stop.

We’re always accessible. If you have questions or comments, our Customer Relations Manager Sarah will be more than happy to assist.
